Ok sir try to turn off the printer if it doesn't. Pull the power cable shutdown your computer then plugged again the power cable of the printer then turn on the pc and printer..If it doesn't change contact a printer technician or bring the printer to the nearest service center. Hope it helps you..
Go to Control Panel/Printers. Right click on your printer's name, and hit Print Test Page. If printer prints a page out, then the problem is likely with the software you're using to print - make sure you have selected the right printer in the dropdown. If the printer's name doesn't show in the Printers folder of Control Panel, the driver for it has not been installed. Do so and try again.
Yes its right First try replacing the Power cord if still the problem persists > try replacing the fuse> still if it doesn't works then take it to a service center for replacing or repairing the SMPS inside the printer it may could be damaged.
Hope this helps.
A fuser warm-up problem. Turn printer off for at least 20 minutes to reset the error. If error persists - reseat the fuser. If it still fails - replace the power supply, and then the DC Controller, if necessary.
In other words if reseating the fuser doesn't work, a tech is going to have to look at it.
