I ahve nokia 3200, and I have almost more than 200 entries in my ph. book (not in SIM card). It shows 80% of memory used in phone memory. But Whn i trying to see contacts it shows only 3 entries. Please help me to retrive my ph. book entries. Regards, Sachin
You'll need your security code. If you didn't make one try "0000" or "the last 4 of your phone number". 1. Press menu in the "stand by mode" 2. Select "settings" and "security settings" 3. Select "Memory" if will ask for your code. 4 you now have the option of either using the "phone memory" or the "SIM memory" or "both". Try both. See what happens then try phone only. Its up to you. Your phone has "shared" memory. Your messages, contacts, pictures and even ring tones share the memory.
Try this: Press Menu in Stdby mode->go to settings->phone settings->memory status. That will tell you how much memory is being used by each of the features. Pg74
You may need to delete some of your pictures or messages in order to see your contacts.
