Hi As a first resort if you know the name of the manufacturer of any given hardware keep a record of their name and web site for future reference for thing like these most hardware have a web address that usually starts with the name of the product if all ells fails take the product back to the store for a refund or replacement but before you do that always check that the batteries work and are not dead.

You may just need to reconnect the mouse and receiver. To do that, make sure the mouse is turned on, then press the Connect button on the receiver, wait a second, and press the Connect button on the mouse.

How do I install my wireless dynex mouse

The mouse should have come with a CD which has the mouse software on it. Put the CD into your computer and follow the installation instructions. Once the software has been installed, plug the USB receiver (the thin black piece) into your computer. Put a battery in your mouse and turn it on. Then press the Connect button on your receiver, and when the light starts flashing, press the Connect button on the mouse. The light will stop flashing and your mouse should be ready to use.

Replace batteries in keyboard and re-sync the devices

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>- --> Synching Mouse or Keyboard with Wireless Optical Desktop trnsp.gif Question My mouse or keyboard doesn't work with my Wireless Optical Desktop (Model Number: 64373). What's wrong and how do I fix this problem? trnsp.gif Answer Your mouse or keyboard has lost its sychronization with the Wireless Optical Desktop, which can occur after changing the batteries, for example.

To synchronize your wireless device with its receiver:
  1. Move the device within three (3) feet of the receiver.
  2. Press the button on the receiver.
If the receiver has an LED, the light blinks.
  3. Within ten (10) seconds, press the button on the underside of your wireless device.
If the receiver has an LED, the light glows solidly when synchronization is successful.
Early production units of some wireless devices may require repeating the above instructions two or three times.

Timing, distance, and objects impeding the wireless signal may influence your success. While usually unnecessary, some customers have reported better results by:
  • Holding the wireless device very close, within three (3) inches of the receiver.
  • Entirely ignoring the receiver's light.
  • Simultaneously holding the buttons on both the receiver and the device for from ten (10) to twenty (20) seconds.

Wireless mouse not working

You can use them both at the same time.Make sure the batteries are good. There should be a sync button on the bottom of the mouse.you need to check the wireless receiver to see if there is a button on there as well.If there is you need to push the button on there first, then the mouse.
The easiest way to fix a sticking key is to remove it from the keyboard and clean it out. Then replace the key.
