All keys are working as right click

From your description I must assume that if all other keyboard functions and keys work properly then the keyboard is faulty. For the number keys to print the upper case characters shown on those keys requires a shift key to be depressed or stuck. If all other keys work properly, replace the keyboard. Otherwise look for a stuck shift key. I have found keyboards for sale on Ebay.

Did something happen recently to your laptop? I'd say try to boot to "Automatic Repair" by pressing F8 while booting, then try to restore to an earlier time.

your keyboard has a dust problem. So just clean dust with vacuum cleaner and check keyboard driver is installed then u can work normally and easily

- Restart your PC normally and log on to the new account created.

This may be caused by virus. You should check your system in the safe mode and delete any threats.
