I recieved a txt and I was unable to open it or exit out of it. I let the phone sit for a minute and it shut off, couldn't turn it on. I took the battery out, and it came back on, but then said "This shortcut isn't allowed" and I didn't even hit anything yet. Then it tells me again I got a txt message and it's the same old problem I can't open it. Unfortunately I got it from E-Bay and it was made in Signapore so I might not have a warranty.

maybe the memory that you're using to receive messages is your hard drive memory. I also encountered that problem and i can't relly open the messages that i recieve. Try to use the phone memory in receiving your messages..=)
I can't help with the problem, but this sounds all too familar. I got my razr about a month ago, unlocked from ebay, and I can't send or recieve pictures. I took the phone to cingular, but they told me that my problem was that this was not a cingular phone. Maybe you can e-mail me what they did to your phone and maybe it will work on mine. I will very much appreciate your help. my e-mail is [email protected]
