Why are the oven indicator lights flashing?
Answer:
When power is first supplied to the appliance, a flashing time will appear on the display.
If a flashing time appears at any other time, a power failure has occurred. Press Cancel, and reset the clock if needed.
When the oven is not in use, the display shows the time of day.
If the indicator lights keep flashing after you have tried to reset the controls, then you may need to contact service person.

I have had similar problems:
Display was the Part # 71001799 circuit board..$175+labor
Oven blower problem was control relay board, part# 12001689...$224+labor
My solution. replace with non-Jenn Air.
Check Consumer Reports. Jenn Air has high repair history.

I just replaced the panel overlay on my stove and that did fix the problem (of the 3,6,9 buttons not working). I found the part for under $110 on line and replaced it myself.
