Question about Samsung SYNC SGH-A707 Cellular Phone

I need the battery cover on the back of the phone

My samsung sgh-a707 has lost it's back cover that covers the battery. Can you help to provide one? Thanks

Go to Ebay and search (A707). You will be amazed at the parts listed for the A707, and the prices are amazingly low.

Sir you probably have droped your phone in water...........thats the reason it displays DOWNLOAD on front display..........takeout the battery leave your phone in free air for a day or two to (Remember you dont have put the cover back)...........after two days put the batter back in phone your phone should work well now.........if problem still exists change the battery........

All i get when i turn my samsung sync a707 is a red screen help plz
Its one of the most common problem in Samsung SGH-A707.It is mainly due to one reason i,e. your cell got wet.....!!!
But you can try following steps to get rid of it:

1. Takeout the battery of your phone.
2. Leave your cell in air for a day or two without attaching battery and battery cover to it.
3. Put the battery back,it should work.If still problem exists, then I'll recommend you to buy a new battery for your cell........and before you put that new battery in your cell,leave your cell in air for another two days with the same procedure.

Samsung SGH-A707 Phone got wet, dried it out, phone comes on says welcome to AT&T and then to idle screen.
i had the same problem but i thnk i can fiX uRs...........u r done with the battery......change it.........n one more thng first takeout the battery for a day or two and leave the cell with its back cover opened......check if it works.............if it fails change the battery..........!

Either the battery cover or the back housing is damaged. To fix it and fix it right, you need to replace the damaged part.

Look online, or check out www.wirelessunlimitedinc.com, or www.myspace.com/wirelessunlimited.

Other than that, the only other option would be to tape it on.

"download" problem
u probably have dropped ur phone in water.....................takeout the battery and remove the back cover........let it be off for a day or two then check it out............if still problem exists change the battery........actually some of the components are sensative to water....and this problem(red screen) mostly occurs when its droped in water.

call up your cellular providing company [AT&T, i assume]

you will need youe IMEI, located on the sticker that the battery coveres. should read 'IMEI:' then a number that should look like this:

XXXXXX / XX / XXXXXX / X

just ask them to unlock it. i believe that by law, they have to unlock it for you. if they refuse, just tell them youre going overseas, and want to use the Orange cellular provider when you are there because it will be cheaper than using International.

hope they just unlock it for you, though.
