Your problem is language and diffrent countries my friend. USA has there cartridges and other countries has theres. The data from the cartridge is language specific. So your American printer can not understand your Denmark cartridge. Also I am guessing there is a diffrence in the size of the cartridges. Therefore rendering your Denmark cartridges useless for your American Hewitt Packard printer.

Where to purchase HP Officejet 7310 All In One Cartridges, HP 96 Ink Jet and HP 97 Tri-color cartridges

You can either go to the retailer, from whom you purchased the Printer OR go to web site of HP printers support section and find out retailers near your home and ask them to supply you. Lastly you can order on line from amazon.com, e-bay or best buy or circuit city or any of the other computer stores in your area.

Hp officejet 7310 all in one... flashishing check

I have to ask this question of you, just to make sure this is not an issue. Are you using a factory new ink cartridge?
Please consider the following:
If you are using a refilled or third party cartridge that may well be your problem. Most manufacturers build logic into their products to prevent the use of “Other Equipment Manufactured” cartridges as well as re-filled cartridges.
They do this to prevent problems from contaminated inks causing problems with print quality or damaging the physical printhead.
If you are using factory new cartridges, then please call the manufacturers Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges

Cartridge errors on HP97 / bad TSR?

Hi Scott -

Sorry, I do not have any additional ideas as it seems you have checked things I would have suggested - cleaning the contacts. (I presume you did clean the cartrdige contacts in addition to the printer contacts.) The TSR may be correct but may be encoded incorrectly, which could cause an issue as this would make the printer "think" the cartridge was too hot or too cold. The printer will refuse to print with certain ID errors. A 10-tap will bypass this test as a diagnostic aid. Does the 10-tap show a "good" nozzle diagnostic? If there are repeating missing nozzle segments across all three colors it would indicate an interconnect issue.

If the cartridges are original HP cartridges I would check the warranty date (two years warranty from date of manufacture) as shown here. If the cartridges are still in the warranty period contact HP for replacements.
