What is the brand and model of your vacuum cleaner? You can usually buy instruction books for most brands here: http://evacuumstore.com/p-2819-eureka-instruction-book.aspx I know it says Eureka instruction book but if you call 1-866-972-8227 to order and give them the brand and model of your vacuum, they'll send you out the correct book.

Nordic Ware apparently does not have downloadable instrucion manuals but their customer support webpage says that they will mail instructions to you. Call:

If you go to www.Hoover.com, , on the lower left you will find a link to download manuals. Put in your model as instructed.

Go to the Bissell Website. Have the Model Number off the bottom of the machine. When you follow the site instructions you can see your model and there is an option to download the Users manual in Adobe. Save the PDF to your PC
