Whenever this happens to me i go onto google and type in the name brand of the television and look for codes...this should work haha

Found a download PDF manual on Philips' website

1 press and for 5 seconds the key symbol on remote
or try this method
2 press stop key on remote and and playback key on unit
for 5 seconds , service status window appears and select service
control menu and ok , at eeprom clear option press ok for 5 seconds, press menu and standby

To solve this problem, cancel the wake up alarm !

Doing some searching I came across this, I hope it helps.

From instruction booklet

Power on the control device or VCR and put the tape in.

Press on the SET key continuously,then press the device key you want to set.For example, TV1/2,or VCR1/2,or SAT/CBL or AUX.

Then the LED is on, release the key you press.

Press the SET key again and release it,then you will go into QUICK SEARCH MODE and the LED will flash all the time.

Press the POWER key once at the device,URC22B will send another POWER signal of the next code.(If VCR/AUX, you will press the POWER or PLAY key). Observe if the device works(POWER OFF or PLAY),if it works, go to next step , otherwise repeat the step

whenever you want to leave SEARCH MODE,please press the device key,(TV1/2,or VCR1/2,or SAT/CBL or AUX.)
then the LED is off.

Then check other keys like [CH+/-],[VOL+/-] if they can be controlled.If cant be controlled,go back to the step

Auto installation should search for local tv stations, or add new channels, then it will search for new ones.
