You must force eject the cd by pressing the eject button and the power on/off/att button simultaneously and holding them. Just hold the 2 buttons at once and it should come out. http://resources.jvc.com/Resources/00/00/94/GET0246-001A.pdf look at page 2 in this users manual. Hope this helps!

CD WONT EJECT PIN HOLE
If it's trying to eject you may need to use a small screwwdriver to lift up on the CD. This works when mine hangs up. If it's not trying to eject at all, then the little motor on the ejecting mechanism may have failed or come off track. I had to replace the original CD player about a year ago because of this. That's why I have the JVC now, and it seems that CD's started hanging up from day one with this radio.
