You have to convert the file from an aspple/aac audio file to an mp3 file. Reset the player push the power button while also hoding the volume up button. This resets all of the freeze ups that you may encounter and it doesnt erase all of your songs.

u can do that from your pc. just go to your windows media player. your mp3 player should be listed. go to songs right click on the one u wont gone and hit delete.

your going to need a conversion program because most likely the itunes files are .acc and not.mp3 so find a nice little converter and enjoy
