Question about Zojirushi NS-ZAC18 Neuro Fuzzy 10-Cup Rice Cooker
You can't plug electrical items which are 110v into 220v sockets...you need a bulky and expensive transformer to convert the electrcity to the correct voltage. It is the only way to 'step up' the voltage
It sounds like you have might have damaged the cookers beyond repair!

we have bought a zojirushi rice cooker in japan with model#np-hs18 (fuse # 110v and 15a). it was accidentally plug in in a 220v outlet and the fuse got blew. I tried to change the fuse with the same ampere 15a(220v) but the same thing happen.I dont know if the fuse i tried to replace is correct. i tried to look for 110v 15a fuse here in the philippines but most of the fuse selled here are 220v. its a great pleasure who can help me with!
