Hi, I am afraid that your problem is common to this laptop brand/model. A reason is that it uses AMD Turion64 with reported nominal operating temp at ~50.0?c. At ~55.0? the CPU fan will kick in until the temperature stabilizes which unfortunately takes a long time due to the nature of the enclosed spaces in a laptop. Also lubrication will help improve the fan but will not solve the noise nor the turning on quickly, other than it's a complicated and tedious job opening the unit. Other users of the same model reports positive results by lowering the supply voltage of your process. The process is called "undervolting" and best described in Mr. Dan Zhang's guide at http://www.laptoplogic.com/resources/guides/38/1/1/ and tried at http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=20249. Hope that this give you an idea and pls post back how things turn up or if you need further information. Good luck and kind regards.
