My GE Profile side by side refrigerator won't run! The light comes on but the freezer and the refrigerate doesn't work at all! I need to get a solution ASAP thanks!

What lights are flashing,dispenser lights? Is the compressior running? fan by the compressor? or the fan in the freezer?
