Broke I had a fuse go out when the tv was on. When I turned the tv back on, the picture was very faded and 5 seconds later the tv turned itself off. I have tried many times with the same results. I even unplugged it for 2 days with the same results. Any suggestions? Ken

You are having a high voltage power supply issue I would not advise you to work on this problem yourself due to the dangerous voltages that are present. I would advise you to call a repair shop and get a qualified repairperson to take care of this problem.

TV randomly turns off. Screen sez COMP 1 with a blue screen then fades to a block screen. !5 -20 minutes later the picture restores back to the progressed program. WHY and How Do I fix.

Need to know what tv you have. If tech cannot fix it it may be best to just buy a new tv and could be a lot less exepesnive in the long run

Vizio e322ar won't turn on

My Vizio E322AR White Vizio Light comes on when plugged in, then slowly fades to "Off". I unplugged and replugged - same. I held down the power botton on the side, and plugged in... same. Vizio light comes on (White) and over 5 seconds or so... fades out to nothing.
Remote doesn't do anything, buttons on the side don't do anything.
Going to pull the back off and look for bad Capacitors, and test fuzes for continuity. Wish me luck ... will report back later with results.

Lamp is not dead or broke but weak so you get above said problem in tv.
Thanks.

When I power up, 5 seconds later this back projector TV turns itself off

t does sound like a bulb problem, either its over heating and shutting off to protect itself, or its already shot. Give a TV repair shop a call and see if they can give you an approximate price, then decide to ditch or repair it.
