Five discs keep spinning; will not stop. Cannot open drawer

The drawer would open as soon as I turned the machine on; now it won't open either

They button maybe stuck or the switch that open the cd player sticking try to push button to open then pull on drawer not to hard u brack then see if u can clean swith

The drawer pops open when the water is intially turned on to the machine. The reseaon is the spring tenion on the flap at the back of the drawer. To fix the problem remove the drawer - locate the spring on the back side - carefully remove the spring and using needle nose pliers squeeze the spring ends together - this will cause the spring to relax a bit - reinstall and test.

Sharp CD-BA2100 cd drawer won't turn or close.

Take the 4 screws out of the top, lift the CD drawer out, disconnect the two wire harnesses, take the top off, lift the 3 disc tray out, then force the drawer open and closed a few times until it slides freely. Put it back together and it may or may not work. Worked for me.

Hello noella_30 - Typically DDO indicates that the washer has detected a problem with the dispenser drawer. Either the drawer is open and will not close properly or a professional needs to check reed switch.

hi they normally just pull out.just take your time it might have wet powerder on the edges make it get stuck good luck

Try disconnecting power from wall for a few minutes and this should reset the machine. Make sure this is done after or before you start a washing cycle. Most electronic washers can be reset by removing the power cord from the wall and allow upto 10 mins to disengage memory and this might reset the drawer mechanism
