Hope this will give you hints. To pin point directly you need to replace printer head. But before replacing please consider suction cartridge caps or nozzle by cleaning and freeing clogged airways by dettaching manually. I understand that the long time being not used has caused the problem. However if you can still use black and other colors then used it than complicating downtime in repairing procedures. Yes, you are right no need to clean deeper more than three times it will consume inks half empty. Have a nice day.
Please don't forget to rate the solution..
that is because ur head of ur printing cartridge is damaged.
remove ur cartridges black as well as color
n install only black cartridge n check d blinking of lights on ur printer if it doesn't blinks it's mean ur black cartridge is OK but ur blinking of light on ur printer is same it's mean ur head of black cartridge is damaged
after this process remove the black one cartridge and install the color one cartridge n check d blinking of lights on ur printer if it doesn't blinks it's mean ur color cartridge is OK but ur blinking of light on ur printer is same it's mean ur head of color cartridge is damaged
now take a dry cotton cloth n gently clean ur cartridges head
install both cartridges on ur printer n check ur blinking light on ur printer
that will work only if u r too lucky other wise u have to purchase a one cartridge.
Hi Good day!! did you try to print other documents? if yes try to restart your print spooler Click Start- Setting- Control panel- administrative tools- services now you should be on services box find the "Print spooler" click Print spooler and then restart it by click stop and then start reply to me for further assistant if my solution did not work thanks
Possibly it is running low on Blue ink - because colors are usually a mixture of inks - for example green is made from blue and yellow - if an ink runs low it will print the available colors or substitute the next available color.Probably if it prints green yellow - then it has no blue available to make the right shade.
it can be due to ,, color catridge contains only green,, since the other colors,, are been used for prior printings,, and the green ink is left in the catridge,, you can check.. make use settings to print in gray scale,, dont use color.. then it should be fine.. but the color cartridge to be replaced
your other color cartridges are running nearly empty, perhaps. if only 1 cartridge in this machine, the same thing has happened (multi-chambered color cartridge)
