If fuse should blow, there will be some reason for that. A shorted component/s can cause it. It is best to contact any service technician. Products powered by electricity should be serviced or repaired only by experienced professional technicians. Any attempt to service or repair the product by anyone else could result in serious injury or death. If you are not familiar with electronics, do not attempt to repair. Whether you suffer fatal electrical shock. Instead, contact the nearest service centre.

Fuse blows when I plug in the tv

Check the circuitry that leads the the fuse. Usually when a fuse blows something else is wrong. Something else has failed and is sending too much voltage to the fuse.

TV won't turn on

take the back off the tv and inspect the glass fuse off the ac power cord, it will probably be black and open, this is a common problem, it blows because the degaussing circuit works too slow, the original fuse is an 6.3 amp fuse, you need to replace it with a 6.3 amp slow blow or a 7 or 8 amp fuse to keep it from blowing, if you put an original 6.3 amp fast blow fuse in it, it will work for a while, but will blow again someday.

Tv keeps blowing fuses when its plugged in...

There should not be any reason for the new TV to blow a 15 amps fuse in the house.
The TV has an internal short circuit even if it is new, I would suggest to return it and get another one.
Good Luck.

Blown fuse

Most likely there was a power event (surge, brownout, ect) that caused the power supply to fail in the TV causing the fuse to blow. you will need to have someone come and look at the unit and give you an estimate. If you keep putting fuses in and blowing them you could actually be causing more damage.

The tv keeps blowing fuses

Hi your problem is that a component(s) inside your TV has probably short circuited to Earth, this then causes a massive current to flow and this blows the fuse. Due to the types of Component failure from this, this TV should go to a reputable repair shop. Get a firm "Quote" and an explanation of what needs to be done.
