While apply themes, it says 'unable to open, themes corroupted.

please check your memory card for virus put it to a computer with reliable anti virus if thats not fixed the problem your memory card seems to be the problem, copy all your data from the memory to your computer then format it using the computer if thers no problem occured in formatting it to computer format it again to your phone then copy all the files back to your memory card.

Scan your phone and memory card with anti virus
Try to restore settings.....

check you memory card. maybe damage.. change it or use another mimory card.. transfer some music or them there then isert it in your mobile

Turn the phone off remove the battery and memory card and then place them back after 1 min and switch it on.

be sure that the theme is being supported by your phone. your phone is S40 and only supports those kinds of format. be sure that the filename is .nth so that it'll work on your mobile phone. i have the same model of phone as yours.

The file is corrupted. you may want to re download it again and check the file should be .nth
