Questions Hi Good People..whoever put the instruction manual together must have had an MBA in Bofnology!! The ad said copy cassettes, LP's and CD to CD on to the RW880..can't figure how to do that except hook up the in and out jacks given to the one I want to record...i.e, to the REcord Player; cassette, CD Player etc..?? I have a Harmon-Kardon receiver-JVC turntable; and Cassette player/recorder--all hooked up for years. Can someone help me with this problem.

Swop the CDR into the tape outputs on the amp and use it just like the tape recorder you had hooked up. Also do a direct digital link to a CD player for digital copies.

How do you dub cassette to cassette

Hi
If you have a dual cassette deck, then one deck will only play cassettes, whilst the other will have a record facility as well.
Basically you need to place the original cassette in the play only deck and the target cassette in the record/play deck.
Start the playback in the play only deck and immediately press the record and play buttons together on the record deck. Some decks have high speed dubbing but this varies so much that you will need to consult your manual for this.
Cheers

How can I get an instruction manual?

Recording from tape is very similar to recording from the turntable, but you have to select tape as the source. There will be a button labelled something like PHONO/TAPE/AUX with which you select TAPE and then record as you would for a vinyl disc but you press play on the tape instead of playing a record. Here's something very similar which should help you. Good luck and I hope you get to save your memories.

CANT TRANSFER CASSETT TO CD

Hi Margaret,

You can download the manual for this device here. The downloaded file is called "ad-rw900.pdf" and should be found in your download directory.

Locate and open the file (Adobe Reader) and review page 31. Here you'll find the details to go about recording a CD from the source you've selected with the "Input Select" button. When recording to a CD-R or CD-RW with a cassette TAPE (or LINE IN or PHONO) as the source, you must manually set the recording level as directed in step 5 on page 32. Check the blank recording media. The device is ONLY capable of recording on "CD-R" and rewritable "CD-RW" blanks (these are very different from DVDs of any type). The CD-R type will likely enjoy wider compatibility (than CD-RW types) when played back on a different (car or other) CD player.

I hope this helps & good luck!

I have bought a notebook computer and it does not have a cd rom so how do I install my kodac esp 3 printer into my new notebook have tried several times without any sucsess

Hi Thanks for your question
If you have an access to another PC and a memory stick, flash drive this shouldn't be a hard task.
Put your cd in PC and also put memory stick in USB port. Copy all of the content of CD on to the memory stick. Once copying is completed remove both CD and memory stick form pc.
Place memory stick in your netboot and go to it's content. Once your in main folder click setup and follow instructions.
I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to ask more questions if still in doubt. Good Luck

No i only want a users manual to learn to copy photos etc

The manual for your dvd won't tell you how to copy or create CDs/DVDs, etc. Your software does that. If you don't already have it, download and install a good copy software and read the manual for it, I use Nero v9 for my copying, creating, etc. It does DVDs and CDs. Go to http://www.nero.com/enu/promo-dvd-editing-video.html?NeroSID=7c10b3962bd602a4492c14a960f9dc87&utm_id=8576
