The IR sensor on the main circuit board may have gotten zapped or possibly the window where the IR signal passes through may need cleaned. It's located on the front of the set near the control buttons. Stargazer

How do I make the remote control to connect to the TV?

The remote control needs to be set up for the TV, you will need to follow the instructions in the manual. It usually involves putting the remote in the programming mode and then by trial and error find the right code. Sometimes the remote comes with a list of codes you can test. Or they have a web site where you can find the code. Without this step, your remote will NOT work. Good luck!

I have put in the correct codes.. the light blinks twice, but the remote will not work

Is your remote on the right function. At the top you can choose between tv, vcr, dvd, sat, aux, and possibly others. Before trying to use the remote to control the television you have to press tv. To use the remote to operate and control the satellite you have to press sat first and etc.

My remote stopped working can it be reset

Hello;

I found the following reference to resetting anything related to the ZN110 remote:

"This remote control works well for all the basic functions on the television: changing channels, adjusting volume, and turning the set on and off. There is not a way to program the TV with the remote control, so if you need to reset the channels after a power outage, for example, you have to do it manually on the TV set itself."

Or it could just be batteries?

Will not power on. Please Help!!

Error code 12 means normal operation. On these models we have found that a switch is sticking on the control panel not allowing the set to turn on. Disconnect the control panel. You will be able to use the remote on it. To find the plugs for the control panel: Remove the speaker grill and front panel, then follow the wire to the connection. Remember to unplug the set before putting your hands inside of it. Tell me how it went. Lead Tech
