Driver not recognized

I can think of several possible reasons it's not getting recognized:
1. It's broken
2. Your OS is so old it doesn't recognize it
3. you need a driver you may be able to get from the driver manufacturer

1st You download Webcam Driver.
Usb not recognized
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

go to the website and locate where you can download drivers/software, once you have done that look for the specific area and download the driver, or you can go to device manager and make sure the driver is working properly

Now, when you say USB recognizes it, do you mean you see the drivers being installed? Because if you are the OS is recognizing something has been plugged in.

Sometimes updating the USB Drivers will be needed. Do that by visiting the maker of your computer and search for Drivers and Updates on their Web Site, look for 2.0 USB drivers class, download that package to your desktop. The driver might be in the form of a Zip FIle. In that case, unzip the files using standard WinZip program or use software provided by computer, to a folder called cab. The driver program might show preference were it wants to unzip to. If so, let it do its thing. Then afterwards find the folder (cab or other folder) run USB driver by clicking install exe file. Note that all periperials need to be unconnected from all USB ports ( the port the laser printer connects to the computer at ) before updating USB drivers. So check cables for solid reconnection after installing drivers.
Its important to recognize the os you have. You'll find that information by clicking on Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > System.

After doing this update, reconnecting the hard drive via USB Port.

take ur device and throw it in nearby river

you have to install drivers on your computer before it will recognize it.

go to

Your computer will recognize it after that whenever you plug it in:)
