Could you please someone tell me how can l unlock to child lock on AWA Tv without remote control. Even l bought universal remote control but , the all the bottoms are working except the menu bottom then l cant unlock the child lock. l will be appreciated if you can give me some help. Thanks a lot. John

frist see if the control panel on your tv works, if so then check and see if the eye on your tv is dirty sometimes they are hard to get to i took my pocket knife and cleaned mine or air in can should work. when the eye gets dirty on the tv it won't respond to the remote. hope this helps

The only way to unlock it is by using an original remote.
If you have lost it buy an original replacement remote.
