Hello, everytime I check my voicemail, when I hang up I immediatly get a text message of a symbol that kinda looks like a baby's bottle and next to that is the @ symbol. It's very annoying, tried resetting voicemail but that didn't work. Please help!

Re: receiving Odd text message
You must be using an unlocked phone. This is what happens when the voicemail system tries to let you know when you receive or delete a voicemail. Since you are not using a phone designed for that voicemai system your phone does not know how to interpret it so you get the weird message instead of the indicator letting you know you have voicemail. If it really bugs you your carrier should be able to turn off the notification.

I'm afraid that the heart of the matter is actually in your question. A voicemail is exactly what it says it is, a voiced message for you not a text message. It is extremely unlikely that you will see a text message when you receive voicemail.
There might be another voicemail box associated with your extension. Hang-up the receiver and press the voicemail button. It should tell you where the voicemail is sitting. If you do not know the passcode for that voicemail, have your system admin take a look at it.
The voice mail symbol is sent to your handset by the network when you get a voicemail, they then send the handset another message to remove the icon once you have listened to the voicemail... Sometimes an error occurs and the phone doesnt receive the removal message...
Try getting a friend or using another phone send yourself a voicemail, then using your phone, check your voicemails, listen to the one you have and delete it... The icon should go... However if its a hardware fault with the handset display then this will not fix it...
this may solve ur problem..go to menu, settings, hit the phone settings, hit the restore factory settings... if you have sec.code hit it there,,dont have.. just key in 12345,,. or use this *#7370# or *#6680#
