Check out with ifixit dot come, if you can buy a "lens kit" as you name it. Perhaps you also can find out how to replace the lens barrel and see what tools you need.
Still I think you are better off with a certified repair centre. And you also should check out what a new camera costs.
Hi, If you able to click the pic but all thing shows only black black nothing to see,,,all functions are working just not seen anything, then you have a problem in your lance , there is lance flex in your lance may be damaged so you must be replace it and you got your camera as before, if you are technician then first buy lance flex of your camera and replace it, if not then send it to any authorised repairer, its not a big problem its routing problem of cameras,
hi, its a problem of lence flap,it is in the lence berral , just change the lence flap and your camera is ok,remember if you are a tecnition then try your owen
hi,if you are a tecnition then open yor camera and remove the lence assembly,then remove the motor and clean the lence unit properly ,and check that smothness between lence beralls, it must be rolling smothly ,and roll the moter by using adapter of 5 volts ,roll motor both side ,after that fix it properly ,now you can check it by put suply on motor and see what has be done,if lence responce smothly in and out then fix it with camera,and see the magic
