Escient Fireball S40

My fireball is frozen. The power button is continuously flashing. I have tried to unplug it, but it is not working. The screen says " Error with software" Please help. I ahave a party today!!! Thanks. ANdrea

I will never buy any electronic devises form best buy anyway. This is why there product is not top grade. It may appear it is on the out side but its not. Go to a specialty store that sells electronics and look at the prices. Now you tell me how in the hell can best but or walmart or any other sstores sell ther products at a lower price. Don't come with they buy at wholesale prices that is *********. The products are lower grade. And that is the bottom line. If best buy dosent stand behind there products 100% and have to charge customers a 15% restocking fee don't shop there. It all goes buy the old saying you pay for what you get.

The board alone is not available for sale. To recover the data you will need to buy a 20GB Fireball with same board and swap the control board.

escient music server...light blinking red...
cant turn on system...
tried resetting...nothing
