Sokkia PL 100 pipe laser showing error code

Error code E2Er2 now showing on pipe laser since it has had the top cover removed.

Hi I know it is 2 years too late but I thought I would write the solution for others
press the up the down and the on/off but all together after a few seconds CAL 3 will appear and the lser turns off.turn the laser back on again and it should be reset to 0.00 procent-you need to calibrate the laser now using the same method

Dear Its the problem with LSU (laser scanning unit).
Pl. do as.
1-clear error list in service mode.
2-check all harness to LSU.
3- Clean all optical path, ie. lenses inside LSU with lint free cotton cloth only including polygon motor.
4-cross check LSU
5-Cross check DC-CON card.

What is meant E024 error code of SET550X SOKKIA total station?

Hi Aung,
E024 is for F4 cal level error.
what this means is that one of the frequencies used in your distance measurement needs adjustment. This adjustment can normally be done as part of your annual service.
Not having it serviced for a long time is often the reason why these types of error will occur....

Error Code: E100 0000

Error code E#100, ERR 100 or E100-0000 is a laser scanner unit error.
Solution 1:
Turn off the printer, wait 10 minutes, and then turn it on again.
Solution 2:
Flip open the top of the printer.
Look for a small shutter that holds the laser: carefully force this open with your hands and force the laser out into the center of the tracking cradle.
After you move the laser, unplug the printer for a few minutes.
Plug the printer back in.
Solution 3:
If the same error occurs, it's necessary to contact a service representative.

The printer is showing error 51 and not printing

Description
Beam error
Action Laser scanner cable connectors are faulty or laser scanner assembly is defective Most likly it is the laser/scanner assembly. The motor is probably not spinning at the right speed. You would need to find an old hp 4 no longer working and switch the laser/scanner. It is the "black box" located under the top cover. You would need to remove the right side cover, the top cover, the left side cover and the output assembly. Remove all the cables from the scanner retaining clips. Remove the three cables plugged into the scanner and remove the four screws attaching the scanner to the frame. When replacing the scanner make sure the shutter control arm on the left front side of the scanner is attached correctly so that the shutter closes when the toner cartiridge is removed. You could first try to remove the 3 connnectors and reset them.
