It's not the problem with your phone. its a network dependent facility. try to make a conference call with an airtel or docomo sim. it should definitely work.

How to find PUK code number of SIM Card (mobile phone). Many people use PIN number for their phone to lock some of the stuff or features.But if you enter PIN number 3 times wrong then your SIM card is blocked and will ask PUK If you enter PUK code number 10 times wrongly then your SIM card will be rejected and you have to buy a new duplicate SIM for your mobile phone. Here are the steps to get PUK number for different networks -

Airtel:

create a new message from any Airtel number (of your friends or relatives), type PUK PhoneNumber and then send it to 121 (toll free number)

For all other networks:

Call to your customer care number from other SIM card of same network and tell your details to them. They will first verify that you are the owner of that SIM, so they may ask name as registered on form, last call number, billing address, email ID, numbers you recently called, numbers you recently messaged or any other personal details. So keep all these ready when you call, then they will provide a PUK number, enter it and your mobile will be unblocked

Please call the Customer Care of your Network Operator (sim card provider), in your case Airtel, they will tell your the code. There's no other way or no means to get the code except from the Service Operator. They might ask your few questions related to the Sim Card, like your name or your address, tell them promptly and they will give you the puk code for your sim card. It's also important to note down the Sim Card Number (number written on the sim card) if in case they ask you the sim number. You will also be assisted on how to disable the security settings.

Note: if you keep entering random/unknown numbers/codes, the sim card will be locked and will be rejected. It'll no longer be usable.

airtel sim is of 32k,and docomo is of 64 or
kindly visit any nearest tata indicom outlet to replace simCARD....

only way....
Take the Sim to you nearest Airtel Mumbai office and
you have to get a replacement of new SIM for small amount

If you by your phone on airtel offer it might be blocked by them (airtel). You need to format the software and reinstall the software.

If u have entered a wrong PUK no. less than 10 times, then u can contact customer care and get the PUK unblocking code (its free). Remember each sim card has a different unblocking no.

If you have entered wrong PUK no. 10 times or more, then this SIM card is blocked and will have to be replaced by a new one. You need to visit any airtel franchisee, purchase a new sim, and they will delete your old sim card details and add the details of new sim card into their system. A new sim probably costs around 245/- (i think, though don't remember when i purchased it last). You need to carry old sim card + ID proof + any airtel bill (if postpaid, may get required).

If your connection had been a Postpaid with regular payment history, I would have applied a different approach
