Question about NextBase SDV-17 Portable DVD Player

Portable dvd ok this is what happen..i was watching a movie and i put my cell phone right by the screen and it so happens the cell ph started ringing and the screen went off, now the red light is on (power) but no image the screen is black..what can i do ??? plz help me thank you

Err disc, what does it mean? My player suddenly displayed this error message, how do i solve it?

My dolby digital dvd player keeps showing err disc, also show dvd then stop on d screen

It goes back to the DVD menu. Some DVD menus have little animations of characters from the movie talking to you telling you to start the movie or something. You could definitely go somewhere with that. Also, some DVD players have a sleep timer on them so they turn off automatically or just show the start up screen which usually says the brand name of the device.

Wont lode movies

Hi,

Please check weather the DVD which your inserted i supported by the player.?
If someother movies plays then the problem is with the DVD which your inserted.The DVD might have not burnt in correct formatt.

DVD not playing

Try a cleaning disc the lens maybe dirty. It can't read the DVD. How long ago have it been since you used it last? The lens could be dusty.

If it works fine with only the battery, then the lcd should be fine. Your power adapter might be bad.
