Bought camera Nov.29, 2006 at Wolf Camera, Novato (retail store). I have proof of purchase. Store advised me contact you on problem. Camera seldom used (maybe 3 times) but now find the LCD screen scrambled. It lights up and I can see partial display but unclear and maybe half screen. Retailer checked out camera and seems no troubleshooting will resolve. Camera has not been mishandled. It should be under warranty for repair or replacement. Please advise how to proceed. Thank you.
If it's still under warranty then you should contact the company it's under warranty for, probably Nikon. I would not advise doing anything to the camera yourself as it would void the warranty.

I am looking to find address or telephone number for someone (customer service) at Nikon who can process a claim for warranty repair or replacement. I can't find any information on the websites. Can you help so I can proceed?
Thanks
