Angela, Menu, Settings, Language & keyboard, Touch Input, Text Input, under Finger touch precision, choose Calibration tool or even Reset calibration.
If you have the app, yes you can calibrate touch screen.

Other than a bad digitizer (touchscreen) or connection, sometimes just a tiny bit of gunk/debris gets in that tiny gap that goes around the outside of the screen. That often results in the same problem,, a non-working touchscreen. Take a very thin edged piece if cut plastic as a "tool" to clear out gunk/debris from this gap around the edge of the screen. Some people even have used like the opposite end of a sewing needle (not the pointed end).
Many ppl have fixed a non-working screen simply by cleaning out this tiny edge gunk. Give that a shot as a first step. If you use care, you won't damage anything.
You sjould press the patient button and the same time turn it the instrument on keep in button press until you see in tje display the calibration message of the touchscreen
The touch screen on these models do not have a calibration setting. They work or they don't. If it not working properly you can try uninstalling the drivers for the touch screen, then reboot. The machine will find the touch screen and reinstall the drivers automatically. Also check for any updated drivers at Panasonic's support site. Then check the connection for the touch screen, the touch screen has a separate connection than the screen, and it may have worked loose or have a little dirt or corrosion built up. If this doesn't work, then I'm afraid that the touch screen may be wearing out, nothing you can do for this.
