fixya doesnt sell products either look on line or call customer service for enercell

with a battery charger.
There are lots of different universal battery chargers for camera's. Just google for a universal battery charger for camera and then the brand an model.

It's just to show you that its ready for charging.

You need a new one....adaptor that is.

these things are not repairable just buy a new one

If your laptop works fine while plugged in but stops working while unplugged it's likely that either your laptop battery is bad or your laptop is not charging the battery properly.

Leave power plugged in

Make sure the computer has been charging from the power plug for at least two hours before attempting to unplug it.

Remove and reconnect battery

After speaking to a technician at Standard Horizon, I was able to figure out that the charge output needed to be 12VDC and 1A. Knowing this, at Radio Shack I found an Enercell 3/4.5/6/7.5/9/12VDC AC-to-DC Power Adapter (Product 273-316) and the Adaptaplug tip "H" (Product 273-340). Be sure to insert the tip to provide a Negative Tip output. Cost was $22 for the adapter and $7 for the tip.

Radio Shack no longer markets a charger/adapter made specifically for the PRO-82, but the 6-volt Enercell AC adapter with a size C Adaptaplug will work with your scanner. Radio Shack total retail for the pair is $30, and you can probably find them on line for even less. You might even luck out and find a compatible 6v wall wart on eBay.

My 2Wire just died - I did not know because of the adapter or the router.
I went to Radio Shack to buy what Glen Smith suggested. They do not have them -
I bought Enercell 3/5/6/6.5/7/7.5VDC 2A (Serie 2730333) - plus using old Adaptaplug (I took from other Universal AC Adaptor). AND IT WORK !!!
