This .PDF document does not specify it as the Model 5811 manual; however, it is nearly identical, right down to the control panel on top.

Before I posted this comment, I downloaded, saved and printed the .PDF manual, and then took it downstairs to give it a whirl. PERFECT! At the time of this writing, my elderly Oster Bread Machine, Model 5811, #BM-100 (J222) is whipping up my first large loaf of white bread!

Incidentally, we discovered our Oster Bread Machine sitting on a shelf in an old house we were given as an apartment community manager quarters. It was sitting with some other stuff slated to be hauled to Goodwill (or the dump)!

I spent the past hour surfing the net looking for an Oster Bread Machine Model 5811 manual. Other than a couple of site where I was asked to pay a fee to download a .PDF or .ZIP file, there was little else. A couple of sites that purported to be THE place to download the manual turned out to be non-existent or otherwise dead ends.

Hope this helps all you who have been seeking this manual in vain for so long.

I am looking for the recipe for Peanut Butter Cake that was in the manual of my Oster bread maker when I bought it many years ago. It was destroyed in a fire and i have searched everywhere for it.

HI I have a recipe for a bread machine, but don't know if this the one you want, It's called bread not cake in my machine. But here it is.
1 1/2 cups of water.
4Cups all purpose flour,
2/3 cups peanut butter/
5 Tbles brown sugar
2tsps salt.
3 1/2 tsp yeast.
Place ingredients in order of your machine instructions. Can be made in White, Delay, or dough.
Select settings, start and enjoy.Hope this helps. :)

How to use machine sunbeam oster bread making machine model 4811

go google and type in--operators manual for sunbeam bread maker model 4811-- and if there is a manual available in pdf version down load it
just be aware that with these machines there is a period in the program where after the needing process, it stops for a period to allow the dough to rise before it goes to the cook process
most machines work on the same principle so if you can not find a sunbeam manual see what else is available and check it out

Icant find my manual for my bread machine. i need to know where i can find one all the recepies i have says add the ingredients as recomended by manufacturer.. my bread is not riseing correctly.

How do you put the ingredients in order for the bread machine???

First measure your liquids, add the dry ingrediants next then sprikle the yeast on top. I've mixed the liquid and dry SLIGHTLY before adding yeast and it seems to work best.

What size of loaf does an Oster 4843 bread machine make? How do I operate it?

Try to find a recipe book for automatic breadmakers/breadmachines online or from Amazon etc. In order to determine loaf size just get a measuring vessel that shows the number of cups on the side and keeping track of how many cups it takes to fill your bread pan start adding water to your bread pan. Once it is full to the top comment back as to how many cups it held and I will tell you the loaf size of your machine.
I could not locate an Oster 4843 manual but I do have a Oster manual for another model I could send you a link too. If this was helpful please give me a rating.
