The place to get the drivers would be http://www.soltek.de unfortunately the download page was broken when I went so I can't point you to exactly where the drivers would be on the site.

check your display card. it seems to be faulty.
If its onboard then use any PCI display card and try to boot. If its booting up then its confirm your onboard display got damaged.
Other than check settings in BIOS if there is any setting for VGA/VGA etc..
I searched the web and couldn't find a page to download the drivers from. The next best thing would be to ask Soltek for the drivers. Here is a link to ask for them: http://www.soltek.de/soltek/support/index_content.php
remove RAM and cleaning it safetly the reinstall it.if it is not working then remove CMOS battery and clean that one and reinstall it .after that send a message to me.
