Yamaha Receivers have International Warranty?

Does it work without PS3 attached?
When receiver turns off, it is usually due to badly connected/configured speakers. Try powering on the receiver without speakers.

SOURCE: Yamaha RX-550 receiver. Presently, no sound on

This solution helps! I got this unit from a friend and there was no sound from the left channel, and after playing with the input knob, there was sound.
I sprayed alot of electronic cleaner and it worked like magic.
the unit is now in full working mode.

Here are the codes for your Yamaha RX-V367: 733, 663, 732,747, 730, 731, 745, 848, 847, 657, 786, 684, 849, 655, 823, 841, 646, 650, and651.

Step 1:
Press and hold the AUX button until all mode button back lights come on, thenrelease.

Step 2:
Press 2, and then enter the device code corresponding to the equipment (listedabove).

Step 3:
Press the POUND (#) button. If the code entered is valid for the remote, themode light flashes three times. Try using the DISH remote to control the component,if it doesn't work with one code try another.
