This means that the phone was unlock but with an ASIA_GENERIC file which causes that interruption when receiving a call....it will be like that for about a month or two then it will stop making any noise.

Ciphering not provided by operator insecure transmission

Ciphering is mainly caused due to old sim cards, remove your sim and reinsert it.If the problem still persists,go to the customer care center of the operator and ask for new sim with the same number ,you would probably get this for free .Insert the new sim and see to it that the problem is gone now

Whenever a call gets connected I get a message that "cipering not provided by operator . insecure connection." what does it mean . how to get over with this problem. model is w910i

check your message setting ;your mobile is trying to send text in an encrypted text format where the operator messaging server is not able to recognise your text msg as the server need to decrypt the text with a decrypt key which is not available in you case;set the msg setting  to send text in clear text format;this will solve your problem.

Ciphering is not provided by the operator,Insecure

There are two things that you can try and one of this definetely works out ,and the main reason beehind ciphering is old sim cards .
1) Try removing your sim and inserting it again ,check if the problem is resolved.
2)If the problem still persists, go to the customer care center of your operator and demand for a new sim in place of your old sim ,you should get it for free.
