Convection oven not working properly???

I've never had a convection oven before but I don't think my new oven one is working properly.

I put a casserole in set for 400 degree for 30 minutes. It was barely warm. I change to regular bake, same temp and time and it cooked just fine.

I noticed that when I cancelled the convection bake and started the regular bake it preheated from 300 degrees. I know that the over automatically reduces the temp by 25 degress in convection but it seems to me that it only got to 300 degrees ??

I'm pretty sure that the fan runs.

Any ideas?

My convection oven takes longer to bake than the conventional oven. I did a roast chicken tonight with carrots, potatoes and turnips....It was in there two hours at 425 and I still had to finish the vegetables in another manner.

How do I reset the ink levels?

Well, theres the problem. Most printers can remember up to three cartridges. That includes color & black. The best way to put it is that each cartridge has a"funger print" that the printer can read, and estimated ink levels can be gaged. There is a way to "reset" the cartridges, but i do not have the document on me. Please email [email protected] and I'll send it today. I'm not saying it will work 100%, as the reset method is geared for the 56/57/58, but who knows right?
