Anon, epson stylus tx100 print head doesn't move when turned on.

If they're Genuine carts, call Epson Tech Support

this usually happens if there is a misconfiguration in the printer settings.
make sure that the bidirectioinal mode is set. you can check it in START > CONTROL PANEL > then look for the PRINTERS folder > right click on the printer and choose PROPERTIES > go to the PORTS tab and put a check on the BIDIRECTIONAL SUPPORT. You should be good to go. Otherwise uninstall and reinstall the Printer Driver.

TX100 doesn't use 91N ink cartridges that was why it is saying that it is not compatible. below are the list of inks for your TX100

T0731 73N - black
T0732 73N - cyan
T0733 73N - magenta
T0734 73N - yellow

Def sounds like a driver error, do you get a yellow mark next to your printer driver or is it ok?

You could try & see if there is a more recent driver from epsons website

You can find the necessary drivers that you'll need for the TX100 on Epson's website. I've included the link for you below. Hope it helps!
