call your service provice and have them send the software. samethign happen to mine and i have t-mobile send it to me and it was fixed.

you call your provider and see if they can correct the problem with your sim.....it does not sound like a phone issue just a sim card problem.

You need to contact your cellular service provider and verify that your MMS service has been activated on your account. Without MMS being activated you won't be able to 'Picture Message'.

Samsung sgh/d900 message problem
Service centre number depends on the network provider you are using.

You can call their customer care and get the service centre number free of cost.

Then go to messages menu --> Settings-->Message centre number.

Here type your new number given from customer department and select it.

Switch off the mobile and then TURN ON it aqain.

Its all set to be used again without any problem..

SMS sending error!
if its a new phone / sim then you might need sms / wap settings sent from your service provider to set the sms message centre number in your phone etc.

Alternatively some SP's require you to call them and register a payg phone to enable full functionality, call your customer service line and explain, they will fix it right away.

   inorder to store wap settings in ur mobile, cal the customer care number from ur mobile...ask them to send the wap settings...shortly, u ll receive a msg with d wap settings in it...store it in ur mobile...  this is d procedure

hi there i don't exactly know the settings of samsung but the best way is to default all the settings by reseting.
to reset just inter the code *2767*3855# without simcard.

do you have the correct message center number for sending receveing picture msg if this as been deleted you will need to contact your network provider and ask them for the number so you can send /get pic messages , what network you on .?

m8 just ring your network provider and get them to send you the multimedia settings. when you recieve the settings save them an it should work if you still have problems i would go read the manual. gd luck
