Beacause of n-gage cant handle video tone software memory is blocked by that so phone is unable to boot up. do following remove MMC from your mobile after that switch on mobile without MMC it will switch on then format mobile with *#7370# code. default unlock code is 12345.
after fully formatting mobile insert MMC and immediately format MMC also. [remember that data will lost from both mobile and MMC during this procces]
i think mobile is ok now.
but if you cant able to switch on mobile without mmc then you must have to visit nokia service centre.

just try to remove the battery and leave it for at least an hour. make sure terminal from the battery and phone is not corroded. check also that the battery is no faulty. remove also memory card. after that return the battery and turn it on. if unit boot successfully return the memory card. if this hangs again after returning the memory card, then replace the memory card.
there are two possibilties. first may be a bad flex. this is the ribbon that connects the screen to the main board. this occurs more on slide type handsets however. second and most likely is a software fault that will require the phone to be 'flashed'. this requires pro equipment.
it could be a software problem or if u have inserted a memory card than
it could be possible that the memory card is full or lots of themes or
softwares are installed
Hie jack_ridar ,
Try to charge your battery fully using another mobile or use a fullly recharged battery which is compatible with nokia 6600 and then try to format it again and i hope it will help.
All the best.
