ir 3300 E000733-0001 Error code

1. Hit "additional functions" key on the printer's keypad.
2. Press and hold 2 & 8 at the same time for one second.
3. Hit additional functions key again.
4. You've entered service mode. Now hit "copier"
5. "Function" key
6. "Clear"
7. "Err" . There should be an error or the error code in this section select this part.
8. Hit "ok"
9. Restart the printer by switching off the physical black power switch on the side and switching it back on.

What error code are you getting? Try to scan again and let it fail. Press system monitor, scan, log. Look for jobs with Result of NG. Highlight one and press details. At the top, look for Result: NG (####). It will display an error number there. What is that error number?

751 cannot connect to server
7xx cannot connect ...
8xx could connect, but error...
801 bad user/pw or firewall
802 user/permissions
899 unknown if successful, may be normal

Check additional functions, system settings, network settings, email/ifax settings. Check SMTP server IP and authentication / encryption.

Ignore POP or recieve options as they are for IFAX.

press the additionel function button & press 2&8 buttons at once and again press additionel function .select COPIER and FUNCTION and CLEAR and ERROR andpress OK button.

hi the error code means tah lan card cannot be read and faulty check the harnes betwen it and the PCB if its ok change the card thanks.
