Sometimes my sales team will be in DND while at their desk,s and decide to make a call out without removing themselves from DND status. The problem is that if someone tries to call that line while they are on that call, it forces the line to go busy not allowing the caller to get to their intended recipients voice mail. Is there a way to remove that so that if they are still in that more it will allow the caller to go to voice mail?
