How can i reformat my nokia 6288? bec.my phone keeping on and off all of the technician here said that it needs to reprogram BUT they dont know how to reformat this kind or nokia series pls elp!

On phone press *#0000# If software version is below 3.81 then you need to upgrade (the latest version if 6.43) You can use Nokia pcc -suite to backup your phone contents. and restore them after the upgrade by techinician.
