Every time i re-loaded the driver, i have gone in to "server properties and deleted the current driver fom there. i have tried multiple times to reload as a plug-n-play, as well as from the driver dwnloaded from the oki site. and i would think windows 2000 professional would be a sufficient os to support the printer. any more ideas

Sounds like it is recognising it but not properly installing it. Do you have any old printer settings on pc, if so delete to avoid conflict. Is there a chance that that your printer needs a higher OS many people forget to check this. Is it responding in any way at all and any error messgaes?

In need to know if my C5150 will work with a Windows 10 laptop?

Which C5150 do you mean?

If you have an HP Photosmart C5150 all-in-one, it will work with Windows 10. HP has the full-featured (drivers and the HP Photosmart Suite) and diagnostic software here: .

If you have an OkiData C5150, the available drivers for that support Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit) and older versions of Windows. The compatibility tricks that let older drivers work may not work with Windows 10. (Microsoft now requires signed drivers and the available x64 driver from Oki may not meet the requirements.)

I hope this helps.

Hello, I have Asus f5z, video card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200. Original Windows Vista, automatic updates always On. And suddenly began go error, screen blinks, and shows "ati stopped responding...

This could either be a problem with the graphics driver, or a problem with the graphics card itself.

Try once more downloading the latest version of the driver from here: and installing it while your computer is running without the graphics driver turned on. Then try re-enabling the graphics driver to see if the updated driver solved the problem.

If updating the driver doesn't work, it's almost certainly a problem with the laptop's video card. If this is the case, you'll want to have it looked at by a professional, or contact Asus support directly to see if they can help you resolve the issue.

Hope this is helpful!

I have a presario cq61 and have forgot my password can u help

Try starting the computer in safe mode. Turn on the computer and once the COMPAQ screen clears press F8 a few times - don't hold down the key however. Winodws stops loading at teh Startup Options screen (black, text only). From that menu use the cursor keys and ENTER to select "Safe Mode". Once Windows loads (it may look humungous!), login as the Administrator (which should now be visible). Use this account to reset your forgotten user password. Restart once complete - the computer will automatically start normally.

Dear Support I'm currently reconditioning an Aleinware desktop which was D.O.A. and totally non-functional and after taking it totally apart & re-seating the CPU with new Antec Silver 5 Thermal...

I don't think that you need a bios upgrade for a 'virus' infection - they generally don't go there, as modifications to the flash memory can be tricky and difficult without knowing the flash type; viruses generally affect OS areas as being much easier.

No audio

If you are having Winodws XP installed in your Notebook, try the steps listed below :

Click on Start Menu and then on Run. Type Services.msc in the search field.

The services window opens up. Locate the service Winodws Audio from the list.

Double click this service and select the Startup Type as Automatic and go to the Recovery tab.

Select Restart the Service for First failure, Second failure and Subsequent failures.

Click on OK to save the settings changed and close the window.

If the service is already running or the Automatic is already selected, we may have to reinstall the Drivers by downloading them from HP..

First, as your Notebook is installed with HD Audio, you need to download and install the Microsoft UAA Drivers which are available from the link below :

Save the file to the Notebook, double click on the file once it is completed to install.

Now, download the Audio Drivers for the Notebook from the link below :

Save the file to the Notebook, double click on the file once it is completed to install.

If you are having Vista in your Notebook, you can try reinstalling the Audio Drivers in the Notebook which are available for download from the link below :

Download and save the file in the Notebook and double click once it is saved.

Hope this works....
