Why does this come up? There appears to be an error with your installation. Please reinstall the application. Always pop up everyone I

If this error appears every time you start the computer, then there is a program in your system start up that isn't properly installed. I can't tell you which program without more information. A quick search shows that this is a common problem with DriverCure and FileCure. Uninstall/reinstall them if you have one of these programs.

If you don't know which program it is, then you need to go through your startup programs one by one.

Press "windows key + R" to bring up the run dialog box.
Type in "msconfig" and click "OK."
If the UAC dialog box comes up, click "Continue."
Click on the "Startup" tab.

It will display a list of every program that runs when your computer boots. Uncheck the first box for the program that you think might be causing the problem and then click "OK."

A box asking if you'd like to restart your computer will appear. Click "Restart Now."

A dialog box will appear notifying you of changes to your startup, click "OK" and msconfig will reopen.

If the error reoccurs, then uncheck the next item on the startup tab and repeat until you find the one causing the error. Make note of the name of the last thing you unchecked and uninstall/reinstall that program.

To get rid of the startup notification box, simply check "Don't show this message..." before clicking "OK"

The "open with" box always

"Open With" box concerns when Windows can not find any linked programs with that file extension. But you have stated that you are unable to execute the .exe files also. I think you have installed MS-Office on your computer and still you are unable to run that application in any way. This indicated that your system files have been corrupted due to acute virus infection. The only way to get rid of this trouble is to repair your Operating System (if possible) or to go for a direct re-installation of your OS(formatting) and use a recommended anti-virus after a clean-format for whole future. If and only if you are using Genuine Windows, I recommend you to use Microsoft Security Essentials as anti-virus, otherwise, go for any custom anti-viruse available in the market. You can use McAfee or NOD32 or Norton as antiviruses. But as the free anti-viruses are concerned, you can use AVG or Avast, whichever you like the most. But I recommend you to use AVG personally.

Download these antiviruses from below by clicking over the links:
  1. Microsoft Security Essentials
  2. AVG
You can download the 64 bit version by scrolling to bottom of the page.

Let me know if this helped you in any way,
Hope this helps,

How to install microsoft office

Insert the installation CD and wait for the setup wizard to load. After you insert the installation CD into your computer's CD-ROM drive, a dialog box will appear prompting you to begin installation. If this dialog box does not appear, double-click your CD drive and explore the contents of the CD. Double-click the file called "setup.exe" to start installation.
Select an installation type. In the setup wizard, click the "Next" button until the dialog box asks you to select an installation type. You must select either "Minimum," "Typical" or "Advanced" installation. Although the "Typical" installation is recommended, you can select "Minimum" if you wish to use as little hard disk space as possible to install Microsoft Office XP. Selecting "Advanced" will require you to select individual components you wish to install. Do not choose this installation type if you are unfamiliar with these components.
Finish the setup wizard and restart your computer. Click "Next" and wait for the progress bar to indicate that the installation was successful. Click "Finish" to close the dialog box and finish installation. When the dialog box closes, restart your computer

Step 4: Choose an installation option, Upgrade (removes Office 2003) or Customize (keeps Office 2003 installed and adds Office 2007, allowing you to use them both).

Note: Outlook 2003 will be uninstalled in either option. Outlook will be updated and your user settings and mail will migrate to the new version.

If you click Upgrade, go on to Step 5.

If you click Customize, go on to Step 4a.

Run a full virus scan first. Get a few different spyware and malware detector programs and run them. Also get a registry cleaner. You probably picked up a trojan that just messes with you.
