Freezer stays cold, but the refrigerator stays at about 60 degrees. Built in computer shows all systems nornal. Can you help? Thank you.
If solution #1 fixes the problem, but it happens again, then check to see if you have water leaking from the ice maker area. I had a similar problem with my same model, and found that the ice maker water fill tube was leaking where connects to the connector in the back wall of the freezer. Water was leaking onto the freezer coils, causing it to go into defrost for long periods and both the freezer and fridge would warm up.
Getting to the fill tube is not an easy job. If you just pull it out without disassembling the fan compartment, you will probably not be able to get it back in.
You will likely want to move your food, unplug the fridge and thaw it out. Disassembling the top compartment on the inside of the back wall of the freezer is a tedious and time consuming task. After that I was able to just pull the tube out and turn it around and push it back in for a snug fit. You might consider using a sealer.

Look in he back of the freezer section, if you see ice on the back wall then I would suggest defrosting the whole unit overnight and restarting to see if this makes a difference to the fridge section. If it does then you have a problem with the defrost cycle of the unit, if it doesnt then you may have a fan gone. We normally suggest defrosting first in case a door got left ajar. However if it does pull back down you will need to keep a close eye on the unit for several weeks. Hope this helps.

My TFX24R works fine for a few days then stops cooling. It thaws everything out in the freezer and won't come back on. Sometimes, if I slide the refrigerator slector to of and then back on, it will stat. Sometimes, I have to "tap" on it and it will start back up. Help!!!
I love this frig and would like to keep it.
