Broken connectors on heating elements

My Cadco OV-200, serial # 982826 have been with me over 10 years. Lately I find the temperature is not heat up to the set temp. After inspection, I find one of the heating element on the front is sitting on the metal hole and the white ceramic connector is broken into pieces. Otherwise, the oven is still function with the other 3 heating elements.

I want to buy the parts and install it myself. What is the part's
name and number and who I should order from. I live in the City of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Heating element will not heat

With all that you said, I would suspect an open or faulty element. It is pretty much the most obvious solution.

If you have any electronically ability and you are going to open the oven, use an ohm or resistance meter, check the amount of ohms and use the upper element as a reference for the correct reading.
The element will either read open or good. You can use a light tester also and if the light lights between the two connectors of the elements, then it is ok and look elsewhere.

Low temp causes heating coil to spark and leave white residue

You need a new heating element fitting.
Do not use it until it is fixed.
The white powder is from the inside of the element.
