I have a pantech slate phone with at&t and i want to put my centennial sim card in it bc my phone from centennial broke and a want to unlock it without paying to get it done.
You can't unlock a phone for free sadly. Call Pantech, see if they will give you the code, if not - you might have to pay for it. best of luck, sorry for the problem!

This phone is locked with one wireless provider only (Centenniel Wireless).
If you still have the SIM package, check for PUK1 or PUK2. Those are the SIM pin codes.
If you don't have a SIM package anymore, then you need to bring the phone in any local phone repair shop, because most of them has a software they use to unlock the phone.
