try hard reset of the phone.. it resolve the issue 100%

following are the steps

To reset your phone:

4. Your phone should now reset and restart itself. (It might take a while for the process to complete.)

Turn off your phone, remove sim card then turn on without sim card.after a while turn off, then insert sim card again and turn it on.Good luck.

PUK is not in your phone but on your simcard. please contact your service provider. they will give you the PUK.

call ur mobile service customer care number and ask ur puk code from them...they will ask ur last 4digit sim card number...give tat number to them...they will give puk code ...use tat code and continue ur operation

sir its a kind of virus you hve to formate your mobile by hard formate here is the way:

turn off your mobile pull out the memory card and sim card and then hold the following keys:

1 call key

2 on pad (3) key

3 * key

and then switch on your moobile hold the keys untill you didnt hear the sound and see the hands animation when the mobile comes on it will be formated automatcaly

No unfortunately there is not an option like that on this phone. Have you tried taking ther battery out and putting it back in? If by chance that doesn't work you will neeed to go and exchange it for a good working model.
